So I'm at a book sale the other day and see this . . . .
I grab it quickly and add it to my basket *thinking* it is this . . .
bring it home and realize these are TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOOKS. But the title is kinda the same, see? The top one, though, is about a three year old child in a coma. I don't do three year olds in comas. My tolerance for literary drama is pretty robust, but I draw the line at infants in near-death situations. I flipped through it quickly and then tossed it into my 'out' box.

Oh dear. Yea, that top one is definitely not for me either. Although I can see how the mix-up could occur.
Maybe next time you pick up the wrong book it will be something you love. :)
Yes! That's so great when that happens, isn't it?
Oh, dear, your posting is so reassuring. Not that I've ever...ahem...I mean, that I quite often "mis-remember" in myriad ways. I refer to it as "losing my mind".
Cheers!
:)
Oh how unfortunate. Sounds like something I would do.
Pooch and Alexis - I'm about as bad a remembering book titles as I am remembering names lol *shaking head* I'm glad I'm not the only one, though ;)
