May I just say how much I am enjoying this book? It's a fun and interesting account of the author's personal love affair with reading. I had no intention of finishing up my year with a book like this, but there it is. It's a perfect companion to all the authors and books I've come to know over the last several years and will continue to discover in the years to come. I picked it up at a book sale last fall only to discover it was also a signed copy!

It's a must for every reader's bookshelf. I wonder if there is an updated version? Mine is from '96, not a big deal, really. But it would be fun to see what current books this author is reading now and what he thinks of them.
